FREE WORDPRESS HOSTING MID-OCTOBER INCOME REPORT
So here we are in the middle of October and the numbers are looking very good. Below are our findings for the FREE WORDPRESS HOSTING MID-OCTOBER INCOME REPORT.
We made some mild changes to the site’s optimization with an effort to speed up the site loading speed.
Furthermore, after running a test around the beginning of the month and were not too impressed with the actual user experience.
Maintenance was needed before we published this FREE WORDPRESS HOSTING MID-OCTOBER INCOME REPORT.
What we did:
- Ran a test at gtmetrix.com to find out webpage loading speed. We got this result.
- We purchased the Pro Version of W3 Cache. It helped us unlock some of the cache management goodies we were missing. Cache Management is how your site stores images, text, video and how well it optimizes that storage for loading the page. Getting the Pro Version gave us an instant 5-6% boost in load speed. We spent $99 — but it was worth it.
2a. The way I see it…we made $3500 last month with Hostt. In simple terms:
Each 1% is worth $35..
If we increased our speed 5% for $99, it’s a deal we have to make.
Our return exceeds our investment.
3. Addtionally, we WP Smushed some images that needed compressing. They load faster that way. Simple 1 click button.
4. Finally, we also installed a free plugin called Lazy Load. It only loads the images that appear “above the fold” or in your immediate browser. Once you scroll down, the images load as you scroll…saves time and resources for when you need them.
The first 15 days of October.
We started off with a bang.
4 sales in the first 3 days. Loved the strong start.
Moreover, we kept that pace up until October 15th.
Comparing it to our first 15 days of September, our October numbers are: a 10.5% increase in clicks, 25.6% in conversion rate, and up 31% in sales.
Compare these numbers to our October 1-15 metrics.
Listed below is the FREE WORDPRESS HOSTING MID-OCTOBER INCOME REPORT.
We are currently on pace for about 33 sales in October. Our target of 21 sales to crack the bonus of $25 per sale, is probably going to get hit in the next several days. Back in September, we were looking at hitting it by month’s end.
Additionally, our traffic is also gaining momentum. We are at about a 4.5% increase in our site traffic compared to last month. Google released its Penguin 4 update this month and we seemed to come away unaffected. I guess our SEO practices were deemed to be natural and normal by the update.
Slow and steady wins the race.
Fk, it’s taken me 35 years to learn that lesson…
Interestingly enough, our SEO company, Dlinkers has unfortunately, dropped the ball though.
They have been out of communication the last 10 days and although, we understand business “delays”, this is something I will be talking with Al Gomez about.
10 days without communicating with your client after your client (us) is reaching out several times is simply inexcusable.
Interesting question, really.
We have actually received 3 offers for being acquired in the last month.
Yeah, totally unexpected.
It has us curious as to why someone would want to buy a company like ours…
Maybe it’s the documented growth curve of the fundamentals…traffic, clicks, conversions, sales?
Either way, we plan on letting this month wrap-up and then evaluating our position on whether we are interested in even entertaining a sale.
Furthermore, we like the prospect of growing this site to a healthy six-figure annual income in affiliate sales.
Based on this month’s current trajectory, we think that being at 33 sales will put us at around $4125 in monthly revenue.
Additionally, posting expenses of around $1000, it still leaves us with a respectable “take-home” pay.
Our end-of-year goal is for $5000 in revenue…
We think we’re on course. Here is what we forecasted July 31, 2016
Check us in around another week for the next update and some cool updates from Guatemala.
